- Book interview rooms for HR staff conducting interviews
- Guide visitors to the right person or relevant department upon inquiry
- Provide high level of customer service so visitors/staff leave HR with a good impression
- Assist with Healthpoint tours, especially with new joiners
- Scheduling of monthly orientation, room set up, calendar booking, coordination of facilitator schedules
- Data entry of all trainings
- Data entry for Training/Budget tracking
- General filing of appraisals, IDPs, employee documents, certificates
- Create general forms/documents for HR, upon request
- Keep track of purchase orders and payment from Finance, and ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Create Purchase Orders when needed and submit to Procurement
- Flight/Accommodation booking
- Other general HR duties as assigned upon need
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates teamwork and positive working attitude.
- Prior work experience in JCI accredited hospital and/or medical centre is an advantage.
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent communication skill in English
