- Contributes in defining and accomplishing the HRD Strategy and Plans Assesses, analyzes, develops and ensures delivery of appropriate learning solutions to employees.
- Assist in planning and implementation of Core Competencies training programs, by advising, selecting and delivering training to employees to ensure that the short and long-term skill requirements of the client based organizations are met.

- Giving daily support in HR and employee life cycle matters to individual managers and employees Providing HR services and acting as an expert of HR processes, policies, practices and tools.
- Creating, maintaining and modifying employee information and data in HR tools.
- Ensuring the quality of HR data and HR products, tools and process implementation.
- Creating reports using different HR databases Preparing official HR documentation like contracts and certificates HR tools training.
- Case handling regarding labor law E.g. assessment coordination, Key user role, etc
- Providing proactively feedback on HR processes, tools and services development and participates in various projects like HR tools development projects through testing and piloting Implementing and sharing best practices within HR community.
- Working to administer HR services (e.g. payroll)As a team member in HR community showing proactive and independent attitude and willingness to learn new methods and practices.
- Depending on the role and specialism, organizing delivery of training and development, and contributing to specific HR tools, processes or product evaluation and improvement culture and values.
- Expressing, driving and promoting company’s culture and values. Calculation of all kind of compensation (leave, indemnity, payroll)
