The role and responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager entails providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources department.
The main accountabilities of the role are to assist ProVita’s senior executives and department heads in every aspect of human resources including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Man Power Planning, administrative support; Employee Relations, Labour relations, HAAD procedures and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; coordinating and communicating with different departments whenever necessary and providing guidance in regard to their application
At least ten years of Human Resources experience (C&B, recruitment, T&D, policies and procedures, etc..) out of which a minimum of two years are within the Healthcare sector
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Excellent interviewing skills;
Knowledge and experience of HAAD and Dataflow experience is essential
Excellent English language skills, Arabic would be an advantage
