Manage IT operations including, staff, business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software.
Formulate and deploy plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies.
Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to executive team, department leads, support staff, and end users.
Review performance of IT systems using KPIs to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements and benchmark, analyze report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Develop and manage plans to ensure the secure and reliable backup and archiving of all corporate digital data.
Develop and oversee training for all staff to ensure productive use of IT systems and corporate standards.
Research potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.
Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
