Muscat, Oman: Lifeline Medical Centre of Lifeline Group was inaugurated in Darsait near LuLu Hypermarket yesterday under the auspices of Saif al Nabhani, Director-General of Private Health Establishments, Ministry of Health. Private healthcare is evolving in Oman over the last few years with patients expecting more in terms of quality treatment and personalised service. The private healthcare sector has continued to grow with more clinics and hospitals which was once a smaller market which was in its infancy. The success of a hospital or medical centre depends on its ability to meet and exceed the high expectations expected by a healthcare aware public.
Hospitals should constantly engage patients and encourage them to give their ideas regarding their expectations and try to fulfil them as much as possible,” emphasised Mr. Saif Al Nabhani, Director-General of Private Health Establishments, Ministry of Health.
Dr Rohil Raghavan, Hospital Director, says “It is a great honour for us that Saif al Nabhani, Director-General of Private Health Establishments inaugurated our medical centre in Darsait. Mr Saif has a vision and commitment to having a high quality and regulated private healthcare service that is complimentary to the Government’s public health service.
