Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and to the National Sales Manager, the candidate shall be responsible for development and implementation of company’s sales and marketing plans for each key Pharmacy Chain and independent pharmacies in Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of annual strategies to increase in store share with pharmacies as well as promotional plans (sampling, floor display, Top Gundola ( TG), Direct Mail ( DM), …..etc.). The candidate shall be responsible for forecasting and achieving aggressive sales targets and profitability for the category in general and for specific accounts. He must be able to build excellent relationships with pharmacy officials. He will train and coach pharmacy salesmen.
