Dr. Mihaela Rauta

Ms. Mihaela Rauta joined AbdulLatif Jameel Hospital in January 2020 as a physiotherapist. Since then, she has helped patients manage pain, restore movement, and improve physical abilities. Aside from therapy, she trains patients and educates them on the recovery process. Whether it's a work or sports injury, a maladapted posture or aging side effects, Ms. Mihaela is eager to hold your hand through your journey to a healthier life.

After obtaining her bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Vasile Alecsandri University in Bacau, Romania, she went on to gain experience working in several wellness centers. Ms. Rauta understands that there's beauty in health; her experience can teach you the beauty in body movement and the proper way to utilize your body to work to its best capabilities.

When she is not in the hospital, Ms mihaela likes to explore nature through cycling, hiking - and when the weather doesn't allow it - she's at home reading a book. During your next appointment feel free to ask her to recommend a good novel!
