The Osteopathic Health Centre was set up in Dubai in 2000 by Malcolm Gregory (Greg) and Nargis Raza in order to continue offering relief to people in pain. Both had been involved differently with treating people in pain, Malcolm Gregory worked as an osteopath for the ruler of Dubai Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid at the Nad Al Sheba Club for thirteen years. During that time he built up a busy osteopathic practice alongside his commitments at the club.

Nargis Raza had run her own company Total Fitness in Dubai since 1980. It was the first company in the UAE promoting fitness, good nutrition and stress management as well as training fitness instructors to teach exercise safely.

In 2000 Greg and Nargis combined their efforts to create a space for helping people in pain. They started out by offering a combination of osteopathic treatment to release pain, followed by exercises to restore mobility and improve physical strength. Stress management, was taught with deep relaxation techniques, and meditation practices.

Today they work with a wide team of therapists to combine a range of disciplines to help restore balance to the body. When balance is restored, the body will always heal itself.

The mission of Osteopathic Health Centre is to restore, sustain and enhance the health of the whole person. We do this by excelling in a comprehensive range of non-invasive and manual therapies that liberate from pain, rehabilitate, and promote health by facilitating the natural healing process – thus improving the quality of our patient’s lives.
