Dr. Naji Torbay’s Endocrinology, Metabolism, Diabetes & Human Nutrition first opened in Lebanon in 1997. After his success and great demand for expanding and sharing his knowledge and experience across the region, he decided to open a second branch in Dubai in 2007.

Based on 30 years of clinical experience Dr. Naji Torbay has developed a program that helps patients find the right way to control or end many endocrine diseases such as Diabetes, Lipid disorders, Thyroid disease, Sex hormones imbalance, Gland disorders, and specially those with obesity or weight management problems. Thousands of patients have so far benefited of his avant-garde method.

Endocrine disorders and weight management are some of the clinic’s main concerns. Early detection or control of insulin related problems may prevent Diabetes and Obesity, today’s biggest epidemic of the 21st century.

On your first appointment you will be examined by either Dr. Rita Nawar or Dr. Naji Torbay who will take a detailed medical history, followed by a body mass composition analysis and a physical examination.

Lab blood tests will be required (such as Insulin hormone/ glucose dynamics, full metabolic profile, and other hormonal tests if deemed necessary). Once the lab results are sent back to the clinic, the doctor will indicate the most appropriate treatment, which may include a change in your diet based on Insulin/glucose results.

If so, you will then have a session with our nutritionist, who will explain the diet plan in details.
