Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Free diabetes check-ups and consultations are available at Ras Al Khaimah hospital this week.
Doctors will be on hands to do blood sugar tests between 9am and 5pm until Thursday.
Everyone is welcome, especially those suffering from frequent urination, increased thirst, or increased hunger — some of the biggest indicators of the disease.
According to the International Diabetes Federation, as many as 183 million people are unaware that they have diabetes.
