Dubai, UAE: Dubai’s Medcare Hospital has launched a new Medcare Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital, or Mosh, exclusively designed to cater to problems related to orthopaedic and spine and will be fully operational by this week.
The Dh45 million hospital currently caters to 32 beds and will upgrade the same in near future. Mosh specialises in sub-speciality like joint replacement, pediatric orthopaedic, foot and ankle, sports, hand and spine.
“Mosh will be one of the finest and most facilities providing the premium and state of the art medical practice in the region. Medcare brand has undergone several expansions to offer the best medical care to the community in Dubai and the adjoining emirates and one of such initiative was the inception of Mosh which has the potential to suit to the expected demands of the patients,” Medcare chief executive officer Ala Atari said.
“The medical practitioners on board are leading practitioners in the orthopaedics and spine discipline with equal concentration in medicine and surgical practice and with advanced training in a wide range of orthopaedic subspecialties. The doctors and the support staff are highly educated and oriented with the best practices in the medical field and has more than several years of experience in treating all the cases in the orthopaedics and consists of one of the largest and most comprehensive associations of private orthopaedic surgeons in the emirate.”
The services will be catered mainly to the residents, visitors and guests to Dubai and the other adjoining emirates and also to GCC and other neighbouring countries.

Medcare will also soon be have a hospital dedicated for mother and child care, cardiac catheterisation lab and full-fledged diabetic and dialysis centre. International affiliations with advanced medical institutions located abroad are also under the developmental stage and will be soon operational to serve the community with our best possible services and support the medical needs of the patients.
