Professor Dr. A Kittana has 39 years of experience in the medical field with winning awards.
He graduated with MBChB from Mosul Medical College, Iraq in 1976. He started his career as a general practitioner in Government and Private Hospitals in 1976 and as a result of his scholarly achievements and contributions he proceeded to the position of a Vice Dean in one of the largest Medical Colleges in Baghdad.
He has further completed a diploma in Tropical Medicine from Prince Leopold Institute for Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium.
He obtained his PhD in Anatomy from Catholique University of Louvain, Belgium in 1987.
He has obtained several International Diplomas & Training Certificates including Ozone, Chelation, IV therapy (ACAM, USA) and Colon/ozone Hydrotherapy (ADHICO, Spain).
Professor Dr. A. Kittana is a member of The National and International Association for the Study & Diffusion of Colon Hydrotherapy (ADHICO), European Cooperation of Medical Ozone Societies, and American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM), American Association of Clinical Anatomist, International Ozone Association (IOA), Iraqi Medical Association, and National Arab American Medical Association (NAAMA).
He moved to the United Arab Emirates in 1998 and was assigned as the Deputy Dean of the College of Dentistry at Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST).
He was appointed as the Head of Anatomy Department and Director & Specialist Practitioner of Ozone unit at GMC Hospital.
With the guidelines and approval of MOH, Professor Dr. A. Kittana started his own Medical Centre “German Specialist Ozone Centre” equipped with all kinds of Ozone, Pain Therapy, and Colon Hydrotherapy in collaboration with German Ozone Society.
