I must say so far i've been quite satisfied with ADNIC. Their service is OK, their prices are slightly high but most importantly, their coverage policy is quite flexible. You feel like you can depend on them.

ADNIC is probably the best insurance provider in the capital, they have the most competitive rates and cover almost all areas of need. I would only suggest they work on improving their call center and customer service staff, some of them would need to undergo training in they intend to retain their customers.

This health insurance firm is simply the best that I have found in the capital. They have fantastic plans that are low cost and offer high quality coverage. I was worried that I could not get health insurance because of some previous health problems, but they worked hard to make sure i was properly covered in-spite of my medical deficiencies.

We used ADNIC as a group policy for our employees and I can say comparing to the top-notch Companies in UAE ADNIC is value to money and is much better in approving procedures/ Pharmacy/ Lab/ Multivitamin claims. ADNIC has huge network offering both Emirates and World Wide coverage.
