Aster DM Healthcare ACCESS Clinic dedicated for workers'in Al Quoz

Dubai, UAE: Aster DM Healthcare, the leading healthcare conglomerate in the Middle East and India, has opened its largest ACCESS Clinic, spanning over 5,000 sq.ft. area, at Al Quoz-4 in Dubai. The Clinic, with global standard medical services at affordable cost, will cater to the large community of workers living in the industrial area.

The launch ceremony was a star-studded event, attended by popular Bollywood celebrities Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan- the star cast of the latest movie ‘Khoobsurat’ and its other crew members. The launch was attended by Aster DM Healthcare Director-Corporate Strategies – Ms. Alisha Moopen, Group Director Mr. TJ Wilson and other senior officials.

ACCESS Clinic, the brand for quality care at affordable cost under Aster DM Healthcare, has been received very positively since its launch in 2012. The new ACCESS Clinic has been set up at Al Arif Building, located near UAE Exchange house in Al Quoz industrial area -4. Employees of corporate groups in the vicinity will benefit from the quality healthcare provided at the Clinic. The rollout of Access Clinics is aligned to the requirements in the city as a natural outcome of the implementation of mandatory insurance to all.

As per the strategy, another 15 ACCESS units will be rolled out across the region by the year 2015,” he added.

Ms. Alisha Moopen added “We have Corporate HMO schemes with added benefits for the corporate groups. The network of ACCESS Clinics will extend its corporate healthcare services, tailor-made to the requirements of individual corporates with larger employee-base spread across the region,” she added.

ACCESS Clinic – Al Quoz 4 will be functional from 8am to 11pm on weekdays; and 9am – 12 noon and 4.30 pm – 9.30 pm on Friday. The Clinic will provide quality primary healthcare services including General Medicine, Orthopedics and Dentistry; in addition to advanced radiology and clinical laboratory services. The Clinic is also empanelled with all major insurance companies. The unit will have observation beds for providing immediate care.

Other ACCESS branches are located in Bur Dubai – Souk Al Kabeer; Dubai Investment Park (DIP) – Ramla Mall; Muhaisina 2 (Sonapur) labour camp; Deira Gold Souk; Deira Naïf Police Station road; Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) South; International City- Morocco Cluster; Al Muwailah industrial area in Sharjah; and Ajman industrial area. More ACCESS Clinics are being set up in different locations including Persia Cluster of International City, and Dubai Investment Park (DIP) 2 in Jebel Ali.
