Review from Jens Pilgaard, Denmark Diagnosis – severe dislodged clavicle fracture with compression of whole chest wall. I had a serious chest and shoulder injury and was treated in Denmark in January 2021. Sequentially I recovered from my chest trauma, but my left shoulder was still hanging due to severely dislodged clavicle fracture. Danish physicians refused to do a surgery and advised conservative treatment in spite of my X ray was showing a very big gap between fractured clavicle pieces. Luckily, I got a contact to DR. Bhuvaneshwar Machani in Burjeel Hospital, Dubai. My hospital course was extremely well organized -I flew in to Dubai on Sunday. Had X-ray and CT scanning done on Monday. Surgery was performed on Tuesday and I was a new man on Wednesday. All thanks to Dr. Machani and his excellent team. Their dedication and expertise was incredible. They provided outstanding care with empathy and high level of engagement. It was a challenging operation, but thanks to the superb skills of Dr. Machani the operation was done perfect and the x-ray after procedure showed that the operated clavicle was just as straight as the other one.
