I was admitted to El Ganzouri Hospital for about five days, and I’d love to share my experience and express my gratitude. I stayed in Room 503 at first, then moved to Room 808. Honestly, the doctors—starting from the one at the reception to those who checked on me twice daily in my room, as well as the consultant who visited me every other day—were all exceptional. The management team also visited twice a day, in the morning and at night, to check on me and ensure I was receiving the best possible care. The housekeeping staff kept the place impeccably clean. As for the nurses, they were on a whole different level of professionalism and humanity that I had never seen before. When they woke me up for my medication, they did it with incredible gentleness. Whenever they had to perform a procedure that was naturally painful, they would comfort me, apologize, and reassure me—even though it wasn’t their fault. It was simply their way of showing empathy. The kitchen staff ensured the food was extremely clean, and they genuinely cared. I was too weak to eat, but they would insist, kindly encouraging me, saying, “You need to eat for the medication to work so you can recover faster.” Honestly, the staff wasn’t just skilled and professional; they made me feel like I wasn’t even in a hospital. Their warm spirits, constant smiles, lighthearted jokes, deep empathy, and respect for my privacy and dignity made all the difference. Thank you! ❤️
