I recently had the experience of being admitted to FUH ( Medical unit - 4th Floor.) And my wife and son were also admitted before. and I cannot say enough good things about the incredible care I received. From the moment I arrived, the nursing team in 4 th floor went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, answering all my questions with patience and kindness. A special thank you to Ms.Majd, Nursing Supervisor for her incredible leadership and commitment to excellence. She took the time to check on me personally, ensured that my concerns were addressed. Her ability to support the nursing staff while ensuring the highest level of patient care does not go unnoticed. It’s evident that she foster a positive and efficient work environment, which directly impacts the quality of care provided.. Alfaqeeh is a family hospital and we always have our check-ups and health-related issues done there. Usually, we give feedback about doctors and forget to mention the staff who serve us at the counters. A special mention to one of the staff who I dealt with today at the cashier desk Mr Abdurrahman. A gentle professional and happy Alfaqeeh staff. He made all transactions fast for me and other patients before me. He also contacted the insurance to facilitate the approval and guided me to which doctor I needed to see for specific inquiries which also saved me time. This kind of members

This is the best hospital in Dubai. Doctors are so professional and knowledgeable.
I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Khaled Alawany for shoulder calcification and frozen shoulder, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From my first appointment, Dr. Khaled was incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly understand my condition and explaining the treatment process in a way that was easy to comprehend. The staff at the clinic were also exceptional, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
I am delighted to share my experience with Dr. Shorouk Ziad Mahmoud Abu-Ghosh, an exceptional physiotherapist who has been instrumental in treating my shoulder calcification. I admitted my wife here for her delivery, and we had a really great experience. The maternity ward staff were kind, caring, and very professional — they made sure my wife and baby were always comfortable and well taken care of. A special thanks to the kitchen team, especially Rodelyn and Asmita, who were amazing! They treated us like family and made us feel right at home with their kindness and attention. Overall, the hospital is clean, well-organized, and has a great team that truly cares about patients. We’re very happy and grateful for the wonderful care we received. Highly recommended!
