The Keith Nicholl Medical Centre was born out of Keith Nicholl's desire to treat patients like people. To offer quality care and attention and deliver outstanding service.

Here at Keith Nicholl Medical Centre, we promise to make you feel comfortable, consulted and most importantly, cared for.

Set up in 2005, Keith Nicholl had the idea to gather together a team of like minded people who would deliver quality, informed care with a strong, family-centred basis.

With that mantra still driving the clinic today; here, at Keith Nicholl Medical Centre you will find some of the most experienced and friendly Doctors in the region who will provide you with the best possible medical care.

Keith is Director and Paediatrician at Keith Nicholl Medical Centre. He set up the clinic in 2005 with the idea of gathering together a team of like minded people who would deliver quality, informed care with a strong, family-centred basis. This continues to be our mantra.

He was born in Northumberland, UK but has spent most of his life in the Tayside region of Scotland.

After a career as an aeronautical engineer he decided to switch to medicine and qualified from the University of Dundee in 1980. He completed his postgraduate training in paediatrics in Scotland. He is a general paediatrician with a special interest in infectious disease.

Whilst in the UK he combined his clinical work with teaching clinical paediatrics and has taught medical students, nurses and midwifes from most of the Scottish medical schools. This is carried on to the present where medical students from UK come to the clinic for their elective studies.

Keith is a Founder Member of the Royal College of Paediatics and Child Health (UK) and holds the Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is also a co-founder and member of the editorial board of the medical journal Middle East Paediatics.

A keen sportsman (in his former years!) Keith played senior rugby in Cornwall, captained the Dundee University Medics and played for Sharjah Wanderers and Dubai Exiles, after moving to the UAE. Also, a keen long-distance runner, he has competed in many of the major marathons in the UK.
