We exhibit the meaning of our slogan by not only providing a high standard of service in our pharmacies but also through participating in various Healthcare Awareness programs around the U.A.E where we provide our services through general health checkups which includes blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol and BMI screening.

We believe that a warm welcome and a comforting environment are essential for presenting our gratitude towards our customers. Our team of staff attends regular customer service workshops to maintain the high standard of customer service.

• 6 out of 9 of our outlets provide 24/7 services, which ensures that our customers can avail the services of our qualified pharmacists any time of the day. Additionally, our Ask Your Pharmacist program allows our customers to bring forward their queries and receive answers from one of our pharmacists as soon as possible, all through the click of a button.
• We offer home delivery for special orders such as wheel chairs, hospital beds and oxygen concentrators.

As specialists in first-aid supply, we are responsible for the preparation and supply of first-aid boxes to various amenities such as school, offices, labor camps and factories. Additionally, we also provide first-aid supply for Yachts and other vessels. In our opinion, it is essential for every individual at a workplace to have basic knowledge of first-aid. Hence, we provide first-aid training programs to staff members of the facility.
