I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I've suffered from allergies for 16/17 years.. having hay-fever appear after my 1st pregnancy. I have tried many medications to try and relieve my symptoms but with no success, until now. I have been researching my allergies closely and having read many people having gone to Novomed allergy clinic in the marina, I thought why not give it a go. Everyday I was waking up with sniffles a slight cough and headaches due to my allergies and just felt awful (like I had cold/flu daily for 6mths). I met with Dr Nikolas Koutsostathis, we went through everything extremely thoroughly, he suggested to do allergy test, I done that a few days later and to my surprise I was highly allergic to grasses and dust mites. I took medication straight after my test and I felt great the next morning! 3 simple steps to relieve my symptoms...a few months on and I have started my immunotherapy. They talk you through the steps many times, make sure you are well at every visit and nurses are amazing and very friendly and prompt! Cannot thank them enough...as they have given me my life back!

I had laser facial treatment with Mrs. Samira Serhane, the laser specialist, and beautician at NovoMed centers, Marina plaza Dubai in mid-Oct 2019. Mrs. Serhane was professional, experienced, and friendly. She took the time to fully explain the procedure as well as answered all the questions I had for her in detail. Now it has been two weeks since I had the facial hair removal (laser treatment) and I see significant improvement and excellent results. Also, I had a scar removal using Micro-pigmentation technology done at the same clinic with Mrs. Serhane. She did an excellent job on the darkening of the scar area using this technology, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of services she provided me. Mrs. Samira is absolutely a fantastic person. The second you enter her office, she greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable. Samira is a very caring and detail-oriented person. Absolutely impeccable in her field/job, and she is very friendly to talk. The employees of this clinic are amicable and professional in their behavior. Their workplace was immaculate, and I appreciate their time and dedication to customer service and love their affordable prices. This clinic has impeccably trained staff, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about excellent facilities, services, a friendly atmosphere, and great results.

Friendly staff with experienced practicioners that take the time to explain the symptoms and procedures. Highly recommend Dr. Carlos. Professional, competent with attention to details resulting in a comprehensive diagnostic. He also has excellent manners with kids creating the right environment for them to feel at easy and relaxed. My first choice in Dubai for my 3 years old toddler.
