France-headquartered Sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals has announced the launch of its anti-ageing drug, Sculptra, in Kuwait following its approval from the Kuwait Ministry of Health earlier this year. Sculptra is an injectable treatment which consists of poly-L-lactic acid sterile suspension that is biocompatible and biodegradable making it easy for the body to absorb. It also stimulates the natural production of collagen in the skin.
