Abu Dhabi, UAE: UAE’s Leading long-term care and rehabilitation provider Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center announced today the appointment of Dr. Howard Podolsky as UAE Chief Executive Officer.
In his new role Dr. Podolsky will oversee all UAE Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation operations.
A graduate of State University of New York from Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Podolsky has a wealth of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, risk management, quality assurance and improvement and patient safety. In addition, Dr. Podolsky holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the St. Louis University School of Law with and expertise in healthcare law, contract law, regulatory compliance and risk management, as well as an MBA in Management and Finance from the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis. His extensive background includes serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Quality Officer for a number of healthcare organizations throughout the United States. He also served as Vice President and Medical Director of AIG/American General Life Companies in Houston, Texas as well as National Chief Medical Officer for NextCare Urgent Care.

Before joining Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center , Dr. Podolsky served at SEHA/ Abu Dhabi Health Services in several positions including Group Chief of Staff, Group Operations Director and Chief Medical Officer for Al Ain Hospital. He continues to speak internationally on healthcare provider risk management, quality improvement and patient safety and he also functions as clinical instructor for a number of graduate medical and legal education programs locally and internationally.
