Dr. Mohamed Farouk

Dr. Farouk completed his graduation (MBMCh) form the Ain Shams University from Egypt in 2003. He has also acquired a Masters in Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery (M.Sc.) from the same institution. He is also certified in Advanced Trauma life Support (ATLS) as well as Basic Life Support (BLS).

Dr. Farouk has worked extensively in his home country, Egypt. He started his career at the Al-Helal hospital as a Resident of Orthopedics & Trauma in 2006. He then moved to the Arab Contractors Medical Center in 2011. Subsequently in the same year, Dr. Farouk became a Specialist in Orthopedics and Trauma. In 2013, Dr. Farouk moved his practice to Dubai where he joined a government hospital also as a Specialist Registrar.

Dr. Farouk has extensive experience in his field specializing in Poly-trauma and Orthopedic Emergencies. He is also a Fellow of the AO (Association for the Study of Internal Fixation). His areas of interest include Upper Extremity and Shoulder Joint in addition to General Orthopedics.
