Ms. Divita Ramnane is a self-motivated and a qualified physiotherapist who comes with 7 years of medical experience with 3.8 years on experience in the field of managing and treating various out-patient and in-patient medical cases. She has extensive medical and professional experience of working in IPD, OPD and cardiorespiratory rehab unit. She has been successful in increasing patient satisfaction through consistency, rapport building and regular follow-ups. Ms. Divita Ramnane started her career as a junior physiotherapist at Mayur Hospital and Research Centre, India in 2009. She was last associated with RD Gardi Medical College, India as an Assistant Professor – Physiotherapy.

During her tenure at this institute, she conducted evidence-based research and was in-charge of the cardiorespiratory rehabilitation unit in the hospital, OPD, pulmonary and surgery IPD unit. She has participated in patient needs, focusing on group training in order to increase patient satisfaction. Ms. Divita has helped the respiratory unit establish a rehab cenrtre for the hospital. Additionally, she developed and put in practice health promotion programs for patients, employees and society and conducted research in physiotherapy. She has pursued her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Indore Institute of Medical Science, India and further went on to complete her Master of Physiotherapy Cardiothoracic and disorder from Srinivas College of Physiotherapy and Research Centre, Mangalore, India.

She has done a Specialization course in ‘Recent concepts in Cardiothoracic and ICU Management’ Ms. Divita has attended a number of medical conferences, seminars and workshops in India. Her abstract on ‘Prevalence of fatigue among cancer patients receiving various anti-cancer therapies and its impact on quality of life’ was published in the ‘Indian Journal of palliative care (2012) and paper was selected at the ‘World Cancer Conference’, Canada in 2012.
