Dr. Sobana Bilhanan is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Axon Medica Polyclinic, Al Rashidiya. She is a Gold Medalist and University First Rank holder in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. She has done her MBBS in 2007 from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore, India and completed her specialization, MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2011 from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, India.

She has successfully completed Membership of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) part 1 and has published research papers in international journals specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has undergone ultrasound training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has worked in various reputed hospitals across India, Kuwait and UAE.
