Dr. Ahmed has approximately 30 years of experience in anesthesiology and ICU, with over 20 years of practice in the United Arab Emirates.
He began work as a consultant Anesthesiologist at Abu Dhabi hospital and later at Abu Dhabi Knee and Sports Medicine Centre, where he subsequently became Head of Anesthesia. He is a published in several medical journals on topics including sciatic nerve block approach and the lumbar plexus block and pioneered a highly-specialized anesthetic technique performed on nerve blockage in the lower limbs.
