Fathia Nasreldin Hamid

Dr. Fathia Nasreldin Hamid completed her MBBS at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1978 and got her Diploma in Acupuncture in 1984. She has clinical attachments in various hospitals in Sudan, then moved to practice in UAE since 1983. Her years of medical experience include handling acute and chronic diseases, infection control, vaccination and immunity.

Dr. Fathia has been a solid advocate of public awareness on health-related issues such as diabetes, hypertension, hepatitis, vitamin D, women’s health, and has taken an active involvement in giving public lectures to various communities and associations. She has affiliations with Medical Services of the UAE Army in 1983, the Acupuncture Society in 1984, and Sudan Medical Council in 2002.
