Graduated from Baghdad Medical School, Baghdad University, Iraq. After finishing his internship in Baghdad medical city teaching hospital. Did post graduate training in General surgery in Iraq & Jordan and became a Fellowship Royal College of Surgeons Of Ireland FRCSI.

Has high degree in Clinical Epidemiology & Community Medicine, Jordan University of Science & Technology1998.
He has a Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery, Strasbourg University, France. Fellow International College of Surgeons. Member International Society of Surgery & International association of Trauma Surgery & Critical Care.

General Surgeon & clinical epidemiologist works in the division of general surgery and in the bariatric metabolic institute Abu Dhabi. Director of the Advanced Trauma Life support course (ATLS), SKMC skill training Program. Chair of the Trauma committee SKMC/ Cleveland Clinic. Director of the International Trauma Life support program (ITLS) of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
