Dr. Mouaffaq Al Sibai is one of the pioneers in Dentistry. He graduated from the deeply rooted university in the Arabian world in 1971. He worked in Syria immediately after the graduation till year 1973 and then he moved to Saudi Arabia where he worked at school health which belongs to the Ministry of Education of Abha city, Asser region in the southern part of Saudi. He also attended another concentrated course in San Diego city at southwest of America in 1988 organized by Corefent Company. Moreover, he participated in writing many medical articles and essays regarding dentistry through Muscat Press, Oman. It was very helpful and effective to many people in maintaining their teeth clean and healthy and enabled a Minister to take treatment in his clinic.
