Dr. Vito Annese

Dr. Annese is an Italian Consultant Gastroenterologist, educated and trained in Italy and Belgium, with over 30 years' experience in the areas of patient management, advanced research and education within the gastroenterology domain. He treats a variety of conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disorders (including irritable bowel syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation, achalasia), chronic viral hepatitis and problems with liver function, fatty liver and metabolic diseases.

Prior to joining Valiant Clinic, Dr. Annese has worked as the Head of Division Gastroenterology, Careggi University Hospital, Florence, Italy.
