She achieved her Bachelor's Degree of Medicine and Surgery from Alexandria Medical University, Egypt as well her Master degree in Clinical Radiology. She also holds Medical Doctorate in clinical radiology from Al Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt.

Dr. Hagar has worked in multiple multinational hospitals as a general and breast radiologist for the past five years.

She has attended many breast imaging and breast interventional procedures attachments in UK, Switzerland, Vienna and Middle East.

Her hands-on skills include ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirations, breast lesions and axillary lymph nodes core biopsies, stereotactic vacuum-assisted biopsies, ultrasound and mammographic guided pre-operative needle localisations of breast lesions.
