Dr. Yasmin Omran

Experience

Dr. Yasmin Omran has been practising dentistry since 2005 and was a clinical Instructor and Lecturer at University of Sharjah Faculty of Dentistry from 2007 to 2013. She continues to conduct lectures on Laser Dentistry to date at international conferences and continuing
education courses.

Dr. Omran has been a part of the Dubai Sky Clinic team since 2013. She is an energetic clinician with recognized surgical talent and special interest in Laser Dentistry, Periodontology (gum treatments), cosmetic dentistry, and patient psychology.

Education and Courses

After graduating from Alexandria University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Dental Medicine and Surgery (B.D.S.), Dr. Omran went on to pursue her graduate studies in Germany, where she obtained a Masters of Science (MSc.) in Lasers in Dentistry degree in 2008 from Aachen University in Germany.

She also obtained a European Masters Degree in Oral Lasers Applications from the University of Liege (Belgium), University of Nice (France), and Aachen University (Germany). Dr. Omran is also certified in Aesthetic medicine and dentistry and pursues continuing dental education at world renowned conferences regularly.

Hobbies and Interests

Dr. Omran is an avid world traveler and Vespa enthusiast. Some of her other passions include photography, painting and water sports. Dr. Omran is fluent in English and Arabic, with good command of French and Spanish.

Family

Dr. Omran was born and raised in the U.A.E. and started her dental career at a very young age. As a daughter of two dentists she developed a delicate sense for her profession from very early on.She looks up to her parents professionally and personally. She is happily married and has one sister who is also her best friend.
