Ms. Varsha Menon

Varsha Menon is a Registered Dietician (RD) and is licensed by the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). She completed her post-graduation with a Master’s Degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics from Avinashilingam Deemed University, India. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator from CMC, Vellore in India through Project HOPE.

She has earlier worked with MSD Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. and in Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. She has trained more than 500 paramedic staff on diabetic education with emphasis on personalised patient care with the aim of empowering them to meet nutrition health goals. She has over 12 years of experience in counselling people on diet and wellness along with supporting patients on lifestyle disorders with focus on diabetes. Her areas of interest include weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and hormonal imbalances.

She is a highly organised professional and self-motivated dietician with a passion for nutrition and people’s wellbeing and believes in goal and wellness focused treatments.

She is a life member of the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA), Nutrition Society of India and the Association of Diabetes Educators (ADE).

She speaks English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil.
