Dr. Upendra Shah, completed his M.D. in Medicine and Therapeutics and did his D.M. in Cardiology from T.N. Medical College, University of Bombay, India.
He has several national and international publications, articles and scientific presentations to his credit.
Dr. Upendra Shah has over 25 years experience of performing interventional Cardiology procedures. He has performed more than 7000 coronary interventions, stent implantations and valvuloplasty procedures. He also performs intervention through radial or brachial artery.
He was previously associated with Zulekha Hospital, Prime Medical Center and International Modern hospital in the UAE.
Dr. Shah’s interest lies in simple and complex lesion coronary angioplasty, multi vessel and left main coronary angioplasty, coronary angioplasty in poor lv function and coronary angioplasty during acute myocardial infarction.
