Dr. Syed F. Jamal

Dr. Syed F. Jamal, MBBS, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Jamal worked as a Cardiologist at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) and Tabba Heart Institute (THI) in Pakistan.

Dr. Jamal received his medical degree from Dow Medical College, Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and subsequently trained at Tabba Heart Institute, Karachi after which he was awarded a Fellowship in Cardiology (FCPS) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan. Dr. Jamal went on to earn American Board certifications in Adult Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Jamal has keen interest in Cardiovascular imaging (CT, MRI) and in Clinical Electrophysiology and arrhythmias.

Currently, Dr. Jamal resides in Abu Dhabi. When he is not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Jamal enjoys socializing, going out and watching sports, especially bodybuilding and MMA.​​​​​​​
