Dr. Abdul Sattar, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sattar was a Specialist Gastroenterologist at LLH Hospital Musaffah, Abu Dhabi from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology at Dow University Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan from 2011 to 2015, where he was actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Dr. Sattar received his medical degree from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Science in Jamshoro Sindh, Pakistan. He completed his residency at Civil Hospital Karachi and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Aga Khan University Hospital, both located in Karachi, Pakistan.

He completed a fellowship in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan. Dr. Sattar also received his specialty certificate in Gastroenterology from the Royal College of Physicians in the UK.

Dr. Sattar resides in Abu Dhabi with his family. ​​
