My experiences in Al Zahra exceeded my expectations both in patient care and excellent customer service.. The doctors Vikram,Sanjay,Gaurav,Hilol and Hardeep are exceptionally wonderful and professional. Also a word of praise to the reception staffs Lui,(2nd floor)Alex,Keltouma(3rd floor)and nurses Nisha ,Binu,Sheeja,Amsavalli and Ed are amazing. To the security Emmanual who is really a people oriented person and always shows us respect and courtesy. Hats off to Shirley Fernandez who exceptionally recommended Al Zahra. My son was admitted last September 15-17, 2024, doctors incharged all nurses especially kabayan are takes good care to their patient attends to our needs, house keeping doing their job regularly. Customer relation officers makes sure that we are well attended. Food service is excellent

I would like to appreciate Dr Amr Elzwahry and Dr Reem, they are incredible. Not only they have taken great care of my daughter's health, but also they are lovely to speak with at every appointment. This review is specifically for the NICU Department. Dr. Maged and his team provided all support needed for our son, husband and I. Their passion, dedication and patience was evident at each daily visit, in person feedback and phone calls. This was our first experience having a child in the NICU so it was nice having such nurturing and supportive staff on our side. Not to mention, the unexpected celebration once our son was being discharged or "graduating" from their care...he even had a cap. As a parent you are faced with many emotions at once and having this thoughtful and joyful ending peirced our hearts! Thank you so much NICU team for a wonderful stay.

There in Al Zahra no matter how brief your time is spent you already start feeling the family bond.
