Alaa Hassan Ali Swaify

Dr. Alaa Hassan Ali Swaify has 20 years of clinical training and experience in the field of newborn care. He completed his Medical Bachelor’s Degree (M.B.B.Ch.) at Alexandria University, Egypt in 1991, then finished his Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Pediatrics at the same university in 1999.

Dr. Alaa’s interest has always been in newborn care and newborn respiratory support, and such passion for the field has led him to practice in various hospitals within the Gulf: in Egypt for a year, in Kuwait for 5 years, and in UAE for 8 years. Dr. Alaa has experience in management of extreme preterm infant cases and high-risk deliveries and emergencies. Since 2007, he has been a licensed instructor of Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
