They make things simple and It's amazing how easy was to find a good healthy insurance in Qatar. I arrived 4 months back and found them through Medulink's online listing. They're call center is quick & made the whole experience quite easy, by assigning someone for health insurance who met with us, presented and outlined each policy with benefits & costs clearly.

I wonder if they're good biggest they're so big internationally or because they invest a lot of time in training and product development. I used to work in the insurance sector a couple of years back, so have an idea about the ins and outs of the business. When i moved to Qatar in Jan09, i compared a couple of providers and settled on ALICO after a friend's recommendation. So far, i've found them to be quite reliable and helpful, even though they cost a bit more than the others.
