For Dr Andrea, it is all about eyes. He is considered a master in the management of difficult eyelid and tear drainage conditions and a specialist in complex cataract surgery. His practise has taken him from medical school in Italy to the UK where he specialised in ophthalmology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, an alumni of Moorfields Eye Hospital’s residency programme, with many research projects under his belt, including corneal biomechanics.
