Dr. Bayer has been licensed as a Doctor of Medicine since 1983. He got his recognition as a Consultant General Surgeon in 1988. Dr. Bayer was self- employed in Berlin, Germany until 2001, and actively worked with Trauma cases and performed General Surgery. From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Bayer specialized further at a Proctological Clinic. Since 2005, Dr. Bayer has been working as a General Surgeon in Dubai. Dr. Bayer has completed an internship at University Hospital, Zurich in 2011 focusing on Colorectal Surgery.
