Dr. Abbas worked as Senior Internist and Head of Internal Medicine in private sector and gained his experience while working as an internist and, Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist.

He has also been an assistant lecturer of Med. and Fevers in Al Minia School of Medicine. He was the senior resident at the Department of Tropical Med., Ain Shams University Hospital and Units of GIT, Hepatology and Endoscopy.
