Dr. Ahmad Alduaij, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He is an Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with expertise in hematopoietic, gastrointestinal, pancreatic and liver pathology.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he held the role of Pathology Attending Physician in Kuwait Ministry of Health, where he was responsible for the diagnosis and staging of cases of hematologic, including anemia, thalassemia, leukemia, lymphoma, gastrointestinal, pancreatic, biliary, liver cancer and non-cancer conditions.
A graduate of the University of Liverpool, UK, Dr. Alduaij completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Brown University and completed his fellowship in Hematopathology at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, US. Dr. Alduaij then completed his fellowship in Gastrointestinal Tract, Pancreas and Liver Pathology at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Connecticut, US.
He is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and American Society for Clinical Pathology, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Hematology.
Dr. Alduaij currently resides in Abu Dhabi with his family.
