Dr Ahmed Mohsen Ahmed Ameen

Dr. Ahmed Ameen graduated from the faculty of medicine from Minia University in 2006 followed by a Master degree in Dermatology and Venereology from Ain Shams University in 2011.

He has 5 years of experience in Egypt working in AL-Houd AL-Marsoud hospital (The biggest specialised dermatology hospital in middle east) and Elmataria teaching hospital until 2013. Also, he has two years of experience working as a Specialist Dermatology and Venereology in KSA until 2015.

He specialises in all dermatological and cosmetic fields, namely Laser therapy, Phototherapy, Mesotherapy (face, hair and lipolysis), Plasma Injection (PRP), Botox and fillers injections, Chemical Peeling, electrocautery, Cryotherapy, Intralesional injections and Intralesional Immunotherapy.

He is perfectly working on fractional carbon dioxide laser machines and Radiofrequency machines with micro needling, also he has a good experience in working with automated needling devices as dermapen.

He also interested in doing minor surgeries as excision of benign lesions and cysts, Abscess drainage, Ingrowing nail excision and skin biopsies with various diagnostic procedures.

Dr. Ahmed is specially interested in management of Psoriasis as he attended a lot of international courses as Psoriasis Preceptorship at the hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Barcelona, Spain in 2018 and he participated in advanced Psoriasis course in University of Lubeck, Germany in 2017, also he attended Psoriasis advanced course in Hamburg, Germany in 2018.

His area of interest is also extended to include management of chronic urticaria as he participated in Urticaria Preceptorship in Charite university hospital in Berlin, Germany 2019

He also participated in many clinical studies as a principal investigator in atopic dermatitis, acne and psoriasis

Dr. Ahmed is a member of many international dermatological societies as American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), Emirates Dermatology Society (EDS), Emirates Medical Association and Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.
