Dr. Aisha Al Suwaidi (Reviews) Family Physician

Dr Aisha Al Suwaidi is part of an emerging group of Emirati physicians. She is a graduate of UAE University, (UAEU) ranked as the UAE’s leading university in 2017. She is certified as specialist in family medicine from the Arab Board of Health Specializations and from the Royal College of General Practitioners in the UK.

She continued her education with a diploma in advanced diabetes management from UAEU in 2013 which has since enabled her to provide diabetes care through primary care facilities.

Dr Aisha has practiced in facilities across the UAE which gave her a wide range of experience, including 10 years with the Dubai Health Authority.

Having specialized in family medicine, Dr Aisha is set to embark on a career in diabetes after joining ICLDC’s Diabetes and Endocrinology fellowship in 2017. She is aiming to become part of a new generation of Emiratis who will be able to tackle the growing diabetes prevalence in the UAE.
