Dr. Aisha Alsalami

Dr. Aisha is fluent in Arabic and English and has more than a decade of experience in oncology. Before joining Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, she was a consultant medical oncologist for 11 years at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Aisha is a female Emirati oncologist and a native of Sharjah. She has a special interest in the treatment of breast cancer, providing palliative care and addressing survivorship issues of cancer patients. A leading patient advocate and educator, she coordinates the breast cancer survivors support group at SSMC. Dr. Aisha is a Member of the Emirates Medical Association (EMA) and is licensed by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD).
