Dr. Althaf Hussain is a specialist in Urology with over 8 years of experience. He had completed his medical graduation from the prestigious Andhra Medical College and did his internship from King George Hospital, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has completed his post-grad in General Surgery in Bangalore Baptist Hospital. Thereafter he is trained under one of the most renowned urologists and andrologists in India, the late Dr. T.R.Murali at Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre, Madurai, India. He is trained in endourological management of bladder calculi, ureteric calculi, prostatic resection and TURBT. He has a large volume of experience in holmium laser usage for treatment of stone diseases.

He has independently performed numerous cystoscopies, ureterorenoscopy and laser lithotripsies, various open surgeries for renal cancer, UPJ obstruction in children & stricture urethra (buccal mucosal urethroplasty) etc.
