Dr. Amir Abdelghaffar

Dr. Amir Abdelghaffar is a Consultant Neurology at Reem Hospital and has more than 20 years of experience in neurology in some of the most prominent healthcare institutions in the UAE, Egypt, and KSA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, a Master’s degree in Neurology and Psychiatry, and a MD /Ph.D. in Neurology from Al-Azhar University in Egypt. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University in Egypt.

Dr. Amir’s clinical experience includes the treatment of headache and migraine disorders, spinal cord disorders, neck and back pain, Parkinson’s disease, memory loss and dementia, movement disorders and spasms, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and more. Dr. Amir has been involved in the publication of numerous articles in different areas of neurological practice in various Egyptian and international journals. He has also served as a member of the university supervisory committee for master’s degree programs and MD in Egypt.
