While working as human resources generalist for five years India, she has been instrumental in independently setting up HR processes and functions for a new business unit of one of the largest IT companies in India. she has been involved in major business expansion by recruiting and training people for a publicly listed company in the manufacturing industry in India.
she moved to Nigeria in 2001, and took up an assignment with Phillps Consulting Limited, a consulting firm in Nigeria, working on various project involving Recruitment, Employee Attitude Surveys, Behavior profiling using DISC tools, competency and skills management, process mapping, development plans and acquiring new businesses.
