Dr. Carl B. Kapadia is a General, Interventional and Structural Cardiologist with vast experience in enhancing the cardiovascular health of his patients. He is American Board certified in Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Kapadia is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).

After growing up in Dubai, Dr. Kapadia moved to North America to pursue his post-secondary education. Dr. Kapadia graduated Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and obtained his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, USA. In order to provide an advanced level of care and a broader range of treatment options to his patients, he pursued an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, USA. During his time at Mayo Clinic he evaluated and treated many complex cases that were turned away from other institutions around the world. Working alongside and learning from leaders and innovators in the field has equipped him with the solid technical and clinical skill set that he brings to his current practise.

Dr. Kapadia is experienced in treating all aspects of cardiovascular disease including complex coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure and arrhythmias. Dr. Kapadia treated many such cases during his time as Consultant Interventional & Structural Cardiologist at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID, USA from 2015-2019. He founded and directed the Structural Heart & Valve program and Valve Clinic. During his tenure there, he provided state of the art care for treating valvular heart disease percutaneously with Trans-catheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) and MitraClip and complex coronary artery disease with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).

The goal of Dr. Kapadia’s practice is to move in tandem with the most recent innovations in general, interventional and structural cardiology, and provide the best treatment options and clinical outcomes for all his patients. Dr. Kapadia’s ultimate care philosophy is centred around enhancing the duration and quality of life of his patients in the most clinically advanced, thoughtful and thorough manner possible.
